Hartford through Time is an internship teaching site in WordPress administered by the UConn Library for UConn students interested in earning credit hours through their department. All years and majors are welcome to engage in this project. Students participating in this program can explore any topic related to the history of the city of Hartford and share their knowledge by creating pages with images and contextual information. Students will learn:

• how to write for the web
• how to search and find archival photos and/or manuscripts on their subject
• how to interpret primary sources
• how to implement digital tools (mapping, textual analysis, data visualization) as needed
